👉 Daily Tracker (1 PDF):
Your challengers can use this sheet to track their daily progress -- keeping note of the date, their nutrition, what workout they did, how they're feeling, if they checked into the group and along with their water intake. Highly recommend they create a binder of 28 pages then every day they can snap a photo and check into the group with how their day went. A very helpful way to participate and stay accountable.
👉 Mini-Challenge Calendar (1 PDF):
For each morning there is a DAY post that will have a small mini-challenge activity that your challengers can do in order to earn points. They may use this sheet to follow along and tally up their points at the end of the challenge.
👉 Blank Workout Calendar (1 PDF):
This is a blank calendar. Your clients can fill it out, scheduling their workouts and making their game plan for the month!
👉 Blank Weekly Meal Planner (1 PDF):
This is a blank weekly calendar that can be printed out each week to plan their clean eating menu!
👉 Group Images (86 JPGs):
To go along with the daily wording posts, I’ve provided you with pretty and cohesive images. They will include things like Welcome, Introductions, Goals, To-Do List, Check-ins, Fitness Tips, Nutrition Tips, Mindset Tips, Motivational Posts, Thank You, Congratulations, Close Up and more! There are also blank templates provided in case you'd like to add extra posts to your group. You may simply edit them in any photo app software.
👉 BONUS Story Images (10 PNGs):
These templates are great to use in your stories for inviting to the challenge, recognizing those who signed up, and giving challenger recognition shout-outs. Including a blank template to create whatever you like!
👉 Posting Outline (1 PDF):
This is the daily posting guide for your group! It includes all sample posts needed to host and run the challenge as is. Please read through each post carefully and revise to FIT YOU and your personality. There may be times where you need to also enter your own personal experience. I highly recommend to read through each post and adjust for your own needs. You may add and remove as you see fit.
