This is only 3 days, 3 days of on-point portion controlled nutrition, 3 days of superfoods, 3 days of workouts, 3 days of tips, accountability, and motivation! This challenge is best run by providing your challengers with 3 superfood supplement sample packets. Maybe they win them or they purchase them from you, totally your choice! This is a very short group to get your challengers started on the fast-track towards healthier habits. I would recommend to do several LIVE videos along with the posts provided. Keep your challengers engaged and focused! Then turn them over into a paying client with a completely laid-out program to continue reaching their goals.

👉 Meal Plan Guides (2 PDFs):

Files sized at 6" x 9". This will be the main resource you will use for the challenge. It will lay out for them all kinds of tips, the meal plan calendar, the shopping list, the daily meals, the exercises and a form to fill out to join your paid challenge.

The meal plans are based on the 1,200-1,500 calorie plan. Again, you will receive a regular and a vegan  meal plan. The recipes do not outline how to "cook" things like oatmeal, brown rice and quinoa, etc. They are to be very simple.

Then there is one workout for each day, total body, lower body and upper body. YOU will need to provide your clients with a video demonstrating these moves!! This guide is packed with all kinds of tips necessary for your challengers to succeed!

There is no "one-size-fits-all" meal plan. Your challengers must adjust accordingly if they have special needs, allergies or preferences.


👉 Daily Tracker (1 PDF):

This will be a daily tracker your challengers can print out and use to prepare for the challenge. They can use it to track their day and check-in with it at the end of the day. It has checklists, tracking for sleep, water, nutrition, to-dos and a place for notes. They will also earn points for doing healthy habit activities for the 3 days, such as eating clean, drinking their superfoods, reaching their water goal and completing their workout. A great way to get your challengers involved and to stay more accountable to themselves along with the group!


👉 Group Images (29 JPGs):

To go along with the daily wording posts, I’ve provided you with pretty and cohesive images. They will include things like: Promo image, Group cover photo, Welcome, Before Stats, Goals, Health Tips, Daily Check-in’s, and more! There are also blank templates provided if you would like to include any other information other than what is provided. You may create your own by using these templates in a photo app software.


👉 BONUS Story Images (10 PNGs):

These templates are great to use in your stories for inviting to the challenge, recognizing those who signed up, giving challenger recognition shout-outs and giving a sneak peek of the recipes. Including a blank template to create whatever you like!


👉 Posting Outline (1 PDF):

This is the daily posting guide for your group! It includes all sample posts needed to host and run the challenge as is. Please read through each post carefully and revise to FIT YOU and your personality. And YOUR BUSINESS. There may be times where you need to also enter your own personal experience. I highly recommend to read through each post and adjust for your own needs. You may add and remove as you see fit.
