➡️ ABOUT: 5 Day Mindful Eating Intro Group 

For those who are sick and tired of DIETING! Those who want to lose weight happily and in a healthy way. Those who want to start learning the tools to overcome stress eating, binge eating and emotional eating. This is a great "starter/sneak peek" group to run introducing your clients on how to eat more mindfully and listen to their bodies. There is SO MUCH on this topic and SO MANY of us struggle hardcore with nutrition in this area of mindlessly eating and having that "diet" mindset... 

There is only so much I can put into a 5 day group and only so much we want to cover to leave challengers engaged and wanting more! Use this group kit to start discussing the struggles, learn together and LEAD into a much larger 2B Mindset program or challenge that you have. There is no meal plan or recipes to adhere to (provide that incentive as your next step invite to your larger program). There is a daily tracker to help them start assessing their hunger and what they're eating for at least 1 meal a day, which will jump-start the mindful eating process and encourage them to share their assessment with the group each day to discuss the struggles and/or temptations they experienced and WHY.

👉 Daily Tracker (1 PDF):

This is a simple daily tracker your challengers can print out and use to prepare for the group. It has beginning questions for them to prepare, mindful eating tips, the hunger scale and a daily assessment they can take for one meal each day. This will help them jump-start consistent habits when it comes to mindful eating. A great way to get your challengers involved and to stay more accountable to themselves along with the group!


👉 Challenge Group Images (38 JPGs):

To go along with the wording for daily posts, I’ve provided you with pretty and cohesive images. They include things like: Welcome, Introductions, About, Struggles, Goals, Mindful Eating, Dieting Mindset, Emotional Eating, Signs, Tips, Mantras, Quotes, Hunger Scale, Overcoming Cravings, Benefits and more! There are also blank templates you may edit with photo app software if you would like to include any information other than what is provided.


👉 BONUS Story Images (10 PNGs):

These templates are great to use in your stories for inviting to the challenge, recognizing those who signed up, giving challenger recognition shout-outs and giving a sneak peek. Including a blank template to create whatever you like!


👉 Group Daily Outline (1 PDF):

This is the daily posting guide for your group! It includes all the pre-written sample posts needed to host and run the challenge. Please read through each post carefully and revise to FIT YOU and your personality. There may be times where you need to also enter your own personal experience. I highly recommend reading through each post and adjusting for your own needs and preferences. You may need to add and remove as you see fit.
