Social media graphics for running a quick "14 Day Squat Away May" mini-challenge! 14 daily images for workouts. There is a squat workout that remains the same but increases slightly in reps then a squat HIIT workout (squat jumps) that stays the same in reps but alternates different exercises on different days. Day 8 is a rest and stretch day. This is a fun way to engage with your clients while working on that "peach"! These graphics are great to host a mini-challenge either on your social media platform publicly or within your virtual gym accountability group. NO wording is provided. These are ONLY the graphics.
